WHAT KIND OF WHISKY WILL I GET?

We source the best Single Malt and World Whisky we can get out hands on. We look for limited edition bottlings, the single casks and cask strengths to try and bring you something different each month. We get bottlings that you might otherwise not have heard of or get the chance to try - we don't get your plain supermarket whisky.

WHEN WILL MY WHISKY BE SENT?

Our subscription gets sent on the 1st business day of each month.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR MY WHISKY TO ARRIVE?

We ship using Evri, so the shipping time is normally 2-5 working days – but delivery times vary a little depending on where you live. We’ll email you a shipping notification when your whisky is out for delivery: if your whisky hasn’t arrived and it’s been more than 7 working days since you got that email, let us know.

OK, IT'S BEEN SEVEN WORKING DAYS AFTER THE DISPATCH EMAIL AND STILL NO WHISKY. WHAT NOW?
Contact us on enquiries@mrdramman.co.uk with your name, address and membership details and we will chase up what is happening as soon as possible and resolve the issue. But don't worry, you will still receive that months drams.

BAD NEWS: MY WHISKY TURNED UP DAMAGED

In the really (really) rare event that your whisky arrives damaged, send us an email at enquiries@mrdramman.co.uk with your details (name, address and membership details) along with a photo of the damaged delivery - this is so we can place a claim in for your delivery - and we will organise sending you out new samples.

HOW DO I CANCEL MY SUBSCRIPTION?

Sign into your account and click on 'My Subscriptions' to cancel your membership. We’ll be sorry to see you go but you’re welcome back anytime (availability dependant) - providing we have spaces available. Remember if you cancel after payment has been made you will still receive your next set of samples.

HOW DO I UPDATE MY EMAIL OR POSTAL ADDRESS?

Sign into your account and click on 'My addresses' to update your postal or email address. Also send a quick email to enquiries@mrdramman.co.uk with the subject 'change of address and we can confirm your address has changed for future orders. If you’re moving home, remember to let us know before the end of the calendar month, when we process all our deliveries – otherwise your dram might end up at your old place - If you are worried please send us an email and we can confirm that the new address is set up ready to go.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

Unfortunately we do not. We are only available for UK deliveries.

Whether you want to send us feedback, need help with something, or just want to tell us what you think of your latest dram, you can reach us on our social channels or by emailing enquiries@mrdramman.co.uk. Whatever it is, we’ll get back to you within 48hours.

MY RELATIVE ISN'T GREAT WITH COMPUTERS: CAN I BUY ON THEIR BEHALF?

Yes. Choose a type of whisky for them along with the subscription duration then check out using their details. The email address you provide will be where we send your order confirmation and monthly shipment emails. We recommend using your own email address and their physical address.

CAN I RECYCLE MY BOX AND SAMPLE BOTTLES?

Everything that is delivered to you is fully recyclable - just make sure it goes in the correct bin.

HOW WILL I KNOW IF I WON A PRIZE?

You won't know until it arrives at your door, but please do take a photo of you with your samples and prize for us to place on social media. We can share the photo on its own or with your name - that is entirely your choice.

WHY DO I HAVE TO ENTER CARD DETAILS WHEN REDEEMING A GIFT CODE?

Our system asks for bank details when redeeming a gift code, it is a stipulation of our shopping platform, and works as part of our challenge 25 procedure - it is not something we can change. As a company selling alcohol by post we are facing increasing rules and stipulations, and this is one of them. Gifted subscriptions will not renew automatically and nor will any payment get taken from your card, as long as you enter the gift code and see that the total at checkout is discounted to £0.00.
