Subscription Terms and Conditions

1) You are signing up to a monthly subscription in which you will receive 3 x 3cl samples of whisky; these will be sent out for delivery on the 1st business day of each calendar month.
 

2) Delivery takes 2-5 days using Evri.
 

3) If after 7days you have not received your delivery please contact us at enquiries@mrdramman.co.uk and we will look to resolve this issue as quickly as possible.
 

4) This means if you order on the 1st of the month you will receive your first set of samples between the 2nd and 7th of the next month (e.g. sign up on the 2nd of February = receive your first subscription between 2nd-7th March).

5) Each month you will be entered  into a prize draw which is exclusive to members only. The prize will be drawn from a random generator and dispatched alongside the winners monthly subscription.
 

6) You can cancel at anytime from your account profile. If you cancel after payment you will still receive your samples for that payment but none thereafter.
 

7) If for some reason your samples arrive broken or damaged, please contact us via email with enquiries@mrdramman.co.uk and provide photos of your damaged parcel and samples and we can come to a resolution.
